Why regular servicing matters
Coffee machines work hard. Over time, scale builds up, seals and gaskets wear, and grinders lose their edge. That shows up as weak or bitter coffee, leaks and breakdowns at the worst possible time. Regular servicing keeps the coffee tasting right, extends the life of the machine and avoids costly emergency repairs.

It depends on how many coffees it makes and your water quality. Busy machines usually benefit from a preventative service every 6 to 12 months. We can recommend a schedule that suits your machine.
Yes, we provide on-site service across South East Queensland, including Brisbane and the Gold Coast. Outside that area, machines can be sent to our Yatala workshop.
Our free on-loan machines come with a swap-and-go service. We swap your machine for a working one and repair yours in our workshop.
